How long will it take to receive my coffee?

We roast and ship our beans within 48 hours of your order to ensure maximum freshness. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer ground coffee or whole beans?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes, including Drip, Espresso, and French Press, to suit your brewing method.

What is your return policy on coffee products?

Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?

To maintain flavor, store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid storing beans in the fridge or freezer, as moisture can compromise the oils and flavor profile.

Do you offer international shipping?
