Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items or original coffee packaging in a shipping box, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service team.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement coffee within 3-5 business days.
